Boating 2013

After a colder than normal spring, we were excited to get the boat out on the lake. Of course, it snowed a couple of weeks later but that is besides the point :)

When he wasn't trying to climb into the water, K was completely enamored with the minnows :)

In early May there was a Train Day at a local park. There were free rides, live kid music, and some other tents/vendors. I had completely forgotten this train existed and that it is open daily for only 50 cents a ride! We really need to take better advantage of it... it is only about 5 minutes from our house and walking distance from my sister's house!

After trains and a nap, we went to the Royal's game. I don't think I saw more than a few plays but Kamden had a great time. We didn't get a great picture... he was too busy running around!

Memorial Day

Memorial Day started out very rainy and gloomy but we made the most of it...

A few weeks ago after breakfast, I asked him if he wanted to go to "school" today. He grabbed his stuff and went to the door before I had the chance to get him dressed!

B and A's Wedding

My cousin B married the beautiful A a few weekends ago. This means we had 2 fun weekends of family time! We had a couples shower for them in April.... complete with games and gifts.

We originally played this game at my sister's couples shower... the bride is blindfolded and feels the guys calves to determine which one is her fiance. A was back and forth between her brother and her fiance... but chose her brother :)
